   Proposal Description:
   APOE genotype has been found to modify the phenotype of non-Alzheimer?s-type tauopathies, including Pick's disease and Progressive Supranuclear palsy. We hypothesize that APOE genotype may explain some of the heterogeneity in clinical symptoms expressed by individuals diagnosed Primary Age-Related Tauopathy at autopsy.
